Interested in exhibiting or becoming an event supporter? Exhibiting and event support are great ways to market your organization, service or product. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to exhibit and meet face-to-face with key personnel from the public health, education, public policy and health care professions. Support Levels

Diamond – $25,000

- Platinum level benefits plus:
- Opportunity to provide premium giveaway to all Conference attendees
- Top billing of company name on Conference promotional materials
- Company banner displayed at conference
- Two additional complimentary registrations (total of four)

Platinum – $10,000

- Silver level benefits plus:
- Official Host of one Conference Event (Meal, Plenary, Breaks) – includes recognition at event and in Conference booklet, and introduction at Event
- Company name featured on signage at Event
- Welcome remarks at Event
- Conference Podium recognition
- One additional 6′ exhibit table (total of two) in prime location

Gold – $5,000

- Silver level benefits plus:

Silver – $2,500

- One complimentary 6′ exhibit table
- Recognition on Conference website with link to your website
- Recognition on Conference promotional materials, including Conference booklet
- Name displayed on Conference signage
- One complimentary registration

Reception – $10,000 – Includes Gold Level Benefits

Conference bags – $5,000 – Includes Silver Level Benefits

Breaks – $2,500

Meal Supporter – $2,500

- Prominent signage at corresponding Conference Meal (breakfast, lunch)

Exhibitor Opportunity – $500 ($350 nonprofit and government)

- Includes one 6′ table and one chair along with one complimentary conference registration. Any additional staff or helpers at the exhibitor table will need to register separately as a conference attendee.
